Anyware brings in more speakers

Melbourne-based distributor, Anyware Computers, has signed with multimedia computer speaker manufacturer, Klipsch.

Managing director, Garrison Huang, said the range would add some prestige to its current low-end speaker line-up.

As the vendor's first national distributor, Anyware would look to generate increased brand awareness.

The company will distribute ProMedia Ultra 2.0 and ProMedia GMX A-2.1 speakers. They are compatible with a range of devices including iPod, MP3, CD, DVD, PCs, game consoles, laptops, TV and VCR.

"We have had a lot of demand for this product coming from end-users that are aware of the brand name," Huang said. "It took us a fair bit of time to get through the Australian approval process because the product had to meet local standards."
